Occupation interview with HR I was scheduled to have interview this week for just a job at a provider for which As i was an intern not too long ago. I thought which the interview would be with the potential employer, but when I bought there I uncovered that my interview was only able to be with anyone in HR. The interview have been lasting for over a couple of hours, and while the application went well, the HR person didn't need many details with regards to the job itself. I have interviewed utilizing this type of company before along with I never had to begin this initial "screening" appointment. I guess I hardly understand the point regarding interviewing with HR, especially for that time. I would think that HR could do away with applicants from verification their resumes alone, and then pass the favorable ones onto the potential employer.
